Part of my job is tech support. That part of the job is OK, breaks up the tedium a bit. However, the one major in supporting our program is not the program - it’s the customers. If only we could get them out of the process, life would be sooooo much easier.

Man, you can only say the same thing so many different ways. The customer has to try a bit. Perhaps listen to my words? Ya know, there’s a reason I say the things I do–in the order that I say them. Alas…

Guess I’ll snap a few bad CDs to work out the frustration. Thanks for listening (or reading).
