Per the sales agreement Jan 12, we were supposed to close Jan 31–that’s today. Don’t think that’s going to happen, but it should be this week. I’ll let you know when it does.

Well, it’s a done deal. Ok, we have a sales agreement & earnest money. There’s all the detail work to finalize like inspections, etc. Inspection is already scheduled…so things are hopping. Closing date is January 31st. Soon, I know, but more on that later.
