					<description>Ok, the trees are not worth a whole post.  In short, the land is in a tax state of forest deferral.  What that boils down to is that of the 20 acres on the property, 19 have to be with timber at any given time.

So, when we clear an area (say, for a homesite), we'll have to replant another area (say where the old house is/was).  Therefore, there will be many trees present in any aerial shot.</description>
