What I learned this weekend.

Good news on the property. We received a verbal “yes” on Friday. We’ve had this in the past. However, this time it feels a bit different because the list of conditions that accompany the “yes” are quite manageable. Primarily documents proving we paid things we’ve said we’ve paid and the like. Certainly doable. So, I hope to begin more posts as to the state of the property.
Manning can win the big one. We all knew he could, and in my opinion, showed poise yesterday after falling behind <15 seconds into the game, and throwing an INT on the first possession. Congrats to Indy, I believe they deserved it.
FedEx: Personally, I think this was my favorite commercial. Is it just me, or did the ads for the Superbowl disappoint this year?
Snickers: the new candy for the bi-curious.

I thought the ads sucked as well. My favorite was the GM ad where the assembly line robot commits suicide in his dream.
