So, go hug him or her. Don’t say why… just do it and then go back to your desk and send them an email with the link to the SysadminDay page–on the off chance they don’t know that it’s today.

Note the buttons. The real beauty is that clicking the Help button in the error message brings up Help. Perhaps it’s case-sensitive: “help” isn’t available, yet “Help” is.
